About the Event

Give yourself time to restore well-being in a unique natural place. This class offers all-level yoga to help you come back to the body, release tension, calm the mind, and expand your awareness.

We will ask our natural surroundings and the tall, old stones to support us while we breathe and move mindfully.

The class will be customized based on the needs of attendees. Tell us ahead of time if any accommodations are needed for inclusion.

You are invited no matter your level of yoga experience. All are welcome.

Please register in advance, no drop ins.
