Your Coaching Options

We offer two coaching experiences to fit your lifestyle and available time. Both options are available as packages of five sessions to provide real, lasting benefits.

Option 1: Clarity Coaching (Available until May 11, 2025)

What to Expect: A supportive space to work through stress, clarify goals, and build habits that support a healthier, happier you. This coaching focuses on mental clarity, personal growth, and small steps that lead to big changes.
Option 2: Nature-Based Coaching

$80 for 5 sessions ($20 for each additional session)

Where: Local park, public edible forest, or your own backyard

What to Expect: We take your well-being outdoors—literally. Through guided reflection, mindfulness, and hands-on activities like eco-gardening, foraging, and wildlife observation, you’ll feel better, grow your green thumb, and create a healthier space around you. Imagine learning to tend a garden, build a fire, or simply slow down enough to enjoy the fresh air. This is coaching that works with nature as a friend and ally.

Well-being isn’t just about eating better or exercising more—it’s about feeling connected, grounded, and aligned with what truly sustains you. As a health and well-being coach-in-training (NBC-HWC), I help people move from overwhelm to clarity by combining science-backed coaching methods with the wisdom of the natural world.
With over 20 years of experience in permaculture design, gardening, and wilderness guiding, I’ve worked with individuals and communities to create spaces that nourish both the land and the people who tend it. From teaching at the University of Iowa, mentoring through Backyard Abundance, and leading dreamwork circles, my work has always centered on helping others build a deeper connection—with themselves, with nature, and with the life they want to cultivate.
Coaching with me is a hands-on, nature-integrated experience. Whether we’re working through stress in a quiet green space, practicing mindfulness while tending a garden, or exploring personal insights through dream interpretation, every session is designed to help you move forward with purpose.
